Coming from a farming background and returning home after studying Architecture and Heritage at university, I found myself drawn back to my roots and a desire to work within the rural landscape. Through volunteering with the RSPB and the Canal & River Trust, I was able to connect with local conservation projects and gain hands-on experience. These opportunities confirmed my passion for the natural environment and solidified my ambition to build a career in conservation.
My role will consist of assisting the regional and wider team, helping me to gaining valuable insight and experience.
My lifelong love for nature and the outdoors is what motivates me to want to best preserve this for others.
