Tony Bostock Director Severn Rivers Trust

Tony Bostock (Director)

A fanatical angler and conservationist. Happy to fish for anything that swims in freshwater. Founding Director of the Severn Rivers Trust. Tony has been involved in fisheries management for over 30 years. Former Chairman of the Regional Fisheries, Ecology and Recreation Advisory Committee. Currently Chairman of the Teme Catchment Fisheries Association, Angling Trust Midlands Regional Forum. Salmon & Trout Association’s Regional Representative and Chairman of the Association’s Science Environment & Policy Group.  Member of the Institute of Fisheries Management and a Chartered Environmentalist.

Jonathon White, Chairman SRT

Jonathan White (Chairman)

Jonathan White was brought up on the banks of the River Teme near Ludlow, and has fished the rivers and streams of the Severn catchment for the last 40 years. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Managing Director at Citigroup.

Dave Mason, Trustee

Dave Mason (Trustee)

Professional angling Guide and Teme Severn bait guru. Dave started his angling career as an 11 year old fishing the canals and ponds of his native Lancashire where he served his fishing apprenticeship. His fishing career spans over 40 years and he has been a professional guide for the last ten years and counts himself lucky to be able to run his own fishery on the River Teme, where most of his tuitions sessions take place. Dave has featured in a number of angling DVD’s including Ouseing Barbel with Ray Walton and Barbel Days and Ways Volumes 3 and 4 with Bob Roberts and Stuart Walker. His best River Teme Barbel weighed in at 15 lbs 1 oz. He has caught over 6000 Barbel from the Severn in the last 25 years and more than 300 from the Teme in the last 15 years.

Pete Marshall, Trustee

Pete Marshall (Trustee)

A former trade union official and presently a photographer and art historian. Pete is a keen angler and outdoor tea drinker. He manages the web site and all things digital for the SRT.

The Director, Chairperson and Trustee positions are voluntary positions.
